This State-approved course allows boaters to study at home at their own pace, and it covers state and federal boating laws, rules of the road, boat handling, required equipment, navigational aids, accident reporting, and special topics.

This course allows you to apply for the state-preferred State of New York Adventure License Icon on your driver’s License or ID. After completing the Final Exam, there will also be an opportunity to purchase a Permanent Card specific to this certification.
